GUWAHATI, India, Oct. 22 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
1. Heard Ms. G. Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. Gogoi, learned counsel for the opposite party.
2. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for a direction upon the opposite parties to produce a letter dated 07.05.2025 addressed to the Advocate General, on the basis of which, consent dated 06.05.2025 was issued for initiating contempt.
3. Issue notice in this interlocutory application returnable on 24.10.2025.
4. Requisite extra copies of the interlocutory application be furnished to the learned counsel for the opposite party within 2 (two) working days.
5. Before the next date of listing, affidavits may be filed by the opposite party, annexing thereto the letter referred above.
6. List on 24.10.2025.
