GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ADITYA GOGOI AND 44 ORS. V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 2 ORS.

GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 22 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 22:

Mr. A. R. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the Order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 23.05.2025 in WP(C) No. 2676 of 2025.

Mr. U. Sarma, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department shall examine this aspect of the matter and also take instructions by the next date.
