GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER GUNAMANI RAJKHOWA V/S SHRUTISHILA SARMAH

GUWAHATI, India, Feb. 14 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Jan. 19:

1. Heard Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7, who prays for an adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty. She submits that she has informed Mr. Y.S. Mannan, the learned counsel for the applicant regarding her prayer for adjournment, who has no objection to the same.

2. Hence, the prayer is allowed.

3. Let this matter be listed on 13th February, 2026.
