An amount of Rs 3241.37 lakh was approved for skill development training under the Special Central Assistance Scheduled Caste Sub-Plan by the Office of the Commissioner , Scheduled Caste Development Department. Against which, by order number 4695 dated 26 November 2021, an amount of Rs 1296.00 lakh and by order number 10283 dated 25 March 2022, an amount of Rs 1649.37 lakh i.e. a total amount of Rs 2945.37 lakh was made available to the Madhya Pradesh Employment and Training Council ( MAPSET ) in the year 2021-22.

The Madhya Pradesh Employment and Training Council ( MAPSET ) issued an RFP for training BPL beneficiaries from the Scheduled Caste ( SC ) category for the year 2021-22 . Following the RFP , work orders were issued to a total of 34 selected training provider institutions . Of these , six institutions had not started work .​​​​​​​​​​​​

Following the Madhya Pradesh Employment and Training Council ( MAPSET ) work order, 28 institutions have provided training to 4952 trainees . The training conducted by the council is conducted as per the norms of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MoSDE), Government of India . All the trainings of the council are conducted through the portal , in which registration of trainees for training , their daily attendance , assessment and uploading of data for placement are done through the portal .

The payment norms for training providers operating in batch mode as per clause ( 2)-1.1.1 of Schedule - IV of the Gazette No. 349 dated 04 December 2020 of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MoSDE), Government of India are as follows :-

  

प्रशिक्षण प्रदाता संस्थाओं द्वारा प्रशिक्षण उपरांत रिर्पोटेड प्लेसमेंट की जानकारी हार्डकापी के रूप में सबमिट की गई है, वह जॉब ऑफर/ऑफर लेटर के आधार पर होती है। इसके आधार पर तृतीय किश्त का भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है। तृतीय किश्त के भुगतान हेतु मापदण्ड अनुसार संस्थाओं द्वारा प्लेमसेंट की जानकारी पोर्टल पर अपलोड की जाती है जिसके उपरांत ही पोर्टल द्वारा तृतीय किश्त के देयक जनरेट हो सकते है। उक्त संस्थाओं में से किसी भी संस्था के तृतीय किश्त हेतु देयक जनरेट नहीं हुए है अत: भुगतान भी नहीं किया गया है।

सेंट्रल क्रीनिकल(Central Chronicle) भोपाल दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर 2026 में प्रकाशित समाचार पत्र के संबंध में मेपसेट द्वारा संस्थाओं के प्लेसमेंट की सूची को बिना सत्यापन किये प्लेसमेंट के आधार पर करोडो के भुगतान किये गये है पूर्णत: गलत एवं निराधार है।
