PATNA, India, Feb. 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed by petitioner/appellant, namely, Dr. Achyutesh Dixit, challenging the common order dated 14.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13185 of 2024.
2. On perusal of the aforesaid order, we find that several writ petitions were taken up together and by a common order it has been disposed of.
3. When we made a query to the learned counsel for the appellant as to whether any other petitioner in the connected writ petitions has approached this Court by filing a Letters Patent Appeal, learned counsel seeks an adjournment to obtain instructions and to place the order on record, if any, passed in such Letters Patent Appeal.
4. It appears from the impugned order that Letters Patent Appeal No. 653 of 2024, which arises out of C.W.J.C. No. 16795 of 2023, was disposed of on 06.09.2024.
5. Registry is directed to place the file of LPA No. 653 of 2024. 6. Put up this matter on 16.01.2026.
