ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON YELAMANCHILI APPAYAMMA AND ANR. V/S NEERABHA KUMAR PRASAD AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 30.06.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5932 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that order dated 30.06.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5932 of 2021 has been complied with as no further instructions were received from the petitioners.

3. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file an application to revive the same, if the cause still subsists. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
