AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders of the Court have been complied with substantially, as all the amounts due to the petitioner, except the Earned Leave, has been paid.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that all the amounts due to the petitioner have been cleared in November 2025 itself.
3. In the circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to revive this Contempt Case in the event of nonpayment of the Earned Leave. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
