AMARAVATI, India, May 15 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 10:
1. The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order of this Court dated 30.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.26430 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to close the contempt case stating that no order is required in this contempt case since the order of this Court in the writ petition had been complied with.
3. A copy of written instructions of the respondent No.4 vide Letter No.AB/Supdt/EC-1/A/B-1/287m , dated 08.04.2026 was placed on record, reporting payment of bill amount of Rs.12,02,244/- vide RBI bill No.XUTR/ RBISH00458211025, dated 23.03.2026.
4. Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
