AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. The contempt case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 21.07.2017, passed in W.P.M.P.No. 29770 of 2017 in W.P. No.24061 of 2017.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of the closure of the main writ petition, the petitioners are not inclined to pursue the contempt case.
3. Sri Adinarayana, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, is present.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
