ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH V/S B.SUBBA NAIDU AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 25 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 23:

1. On 20.01.2026, the following order was passed by this Court:

"Pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2025, the office has submitted the report. According to which, respondent Nos.2 to 5 have been served, but they did not file a vakalat on their behalf.

2) At the request of Sri T.Vishnu Teja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant(s), post the matter in the next week for hearing under the same caption."

2. Today, there is no representation for the appellant. The appeal is of the year 2004 and listed under the caption of 'old matters'.

3. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
