AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:
1. It is represented by Mr. Y Chakradhar Raju, learned counsel appearing on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, that in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
2. Recording the submissions made, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
