ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SVR ELECTRICALS AND ANR. V/A NEPTUNE STAMPINGS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:

1. A.S.No.397 of 2010 has been filed by the defendants 1 and 2, challenging the common judgment dated 06.07.2019 passed in O.S.No.76 of 2005 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Guntur.

2. A.S.No.602 of 2010 has been filed by the defendants 1 and 2, challenging the common judgment dated 06.07.2019 passed in O.S.No.29 of 2006 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Guntur.

3. O.S.No.76 of 2005 was filed by the plaintiff, M/s.S.V.R.Electricals Private Limited(the 1st defendant in O.S.No.29 of 2006), against the plaintiff in O.S.No.29 of 2006 and another, for recovery of money.

4. O.S.No.29 of 2006 was filed by plaintiff, M/s.Neptune Stampings (the 1st defendant of O.S.No.76 of 2005) against the plaintiff in O.S.No.76 of 2005 along with others, for recovery of money.

5. Both the suits were decreed by a common judgment dated 06.07.2009 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Guntur.

6. Challenging the same, the present appeals have been filed.

7. None appears for the parties, even in the revised call.

8. The matters pertain to the year 2010 and are listed in the Weekly Cause List.

9. Both the Appeal Suits are dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
