ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SUDHAKARA INFRATECH V/S G SAI PRASAD IAS AND ORS

AMARAVATI, India, March 2 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:

1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15502 of 2025.

2. Heard Sri Venkat Sailendra.G, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent/contemnor.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order under contempt is complied with.

4. The said submission is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

5. In the circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt case, and accordingly, the contempt case is closed There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
