ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI. KETHI KRISHNA REDDY V/S SRI SHASHI BHUSHAN KUMAR, I.A.S. AND OTHERS

AMARAVATI, India, March 2 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:

1. The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order of this Court dated 10.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.16716 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order had been complied with and no order is required in this contempt case and requested to close the petition.

3. Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
