ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI VANI VENKATESWARA CONSTRUCTIONS V/S G RAVI

AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. This Contempt Case has been filed complaining willful disobedience in implementing the Order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5134 of 2025.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner/s as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent/s that the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5134 of 2025 is complied with and the amounts are received by the Petitioner/s and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are required in this case. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
