Petition under Rule 18 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated' in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to dispense with my personal appearance on 21.01.2026 in CC.No.180 of 2025, Pending disposal of CC No. 180 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.
