ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHA SAND AND BOATSMEN LABOUR CONTRACT V/S D MURALIDHAR REDDY AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 15 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 10:

1. The present contempt case has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.17564 of 2019.

2. Sri Shaik Saifuddeen, learned counsel representing Sri Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the lis. Accordingly, he requested the Court to close the contempt case.

3. By recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
