AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 25 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 23:
1. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has not received any instructions from the partiesappellants.
2. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
