AMARAVATI, India, March 2 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:
1. This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents/ contemnors for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court dated 06.02.2024 in W.P.No.3011 of 2024.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel representing on behalf of the Respondents have furnished a copy of the letter dated 13.10.2025 addressed by District Educational Officer, Erstwhile East Godavari District, Kakinada to the District School Educational Officer, Alluri Seetha Rama Raju District, Paderu informing that the recruitment process of the Petitioner/ Institution was completed by the office as per instructions of Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi.
3. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that, the order of this Court have been complied with by the Respondents and requested to close the Contempt Case.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
