ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SAI DURGA MANIKANTA AGENCIES V/S SRI M T KRISHNA BABU IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.17529 of 2023.

2. Sri Jampana Srikanth, learned counsel representing Sri B.V.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt case has been complied with, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the contempt.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
