ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON S.MAHESWARA REDDY V/S A SRINIVASULU AND ANR.

AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:

1. This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 15.02.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3204 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that after filing the contempt case, the respondents have implemented the order dated 15.02.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3204 of 2023 and hence he prays to close the contempt case.

3. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
