ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RKN PROJECTS PROJECTS V/S SRI SHASHI BHUSHAN KUMAR

AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:

1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 03.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30801 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 03.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30801 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
