AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:
1. This Court, vide order dated 14.10.2025, disposed of the W.P.No.25976 of 2025 directing the respondents to address the petitioners' application dated 14.05.2025, for issuance of family member certificate, and communicate the decision to the petitioners. For not disposing of the said application, the present contempt case has been filed.
2. Pending consideration of the contempt case, the respondent has disposed of the application and rejected the petitioners claim vide proceedings dated 27.02.2026.
3. As the respondent has disposed of the application, the present Contempt Case is closed and the petitioners are at liberty to assail proceedings dated 27.02.2026.
4. As the respondent has not considered the petitioners claim within the timeframe, as directed by this Court, the respondent shall pay an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to The Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates Clerks Association Corpus Fund, within a period of two weeks from today. Failing which, the respondent shall appear before this Court.
Consequently, interlocutory applications pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
