ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAJAPUTANA UDAY SINGH AND ORS. V/S RAJAPUTANA NAGARAJU SINGH AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:

1. Learned counsel for the appellants filed a letter dated 04.12.2025, stating that the matter is settled out of the Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal. The letter is taken on record.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
