AMARAVATI, India, March 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 12:

1. Mr.K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner in place of Mr.Kalyan C.R. Mr.P.Subash, learned counsel represented the respondents.

2. The present Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 22.1.2021 in Writ Petition No.1586 of 2021. While granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application to the Tahsildar/respondent No.3 therein, a direction was issued to consider the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the application, filed for survey of the land.

3. In the reply affidavit, while denying the allegations of nonimplementation of the orders, the endorsement dated 02.4.2021 setting out the details for not conducting the survey, rejection of the petitioner's request was enclosed. Thus the orders of this Court have been complied with. It is also stated that the petitioner subsequently filed another Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above stated position, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
