AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 25 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 23:

1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilfull disobedience of the order, dated 04.07.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.663 of 2017.

2. In fact, on 09.03.2022, a Coordinate Division Bench of this Court has considered the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the Office of the Regional Manager, Chittoor Region, Tirupathi has issued proceedings, dated 03.02.2018 as per the orders of this Court. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record. At that stage, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions.

3. During the course of hearing of this case, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the proceedings, dated 03.02.2018, the petitioner filed another Writ Petition and it is pending. As the proceedings, dated 03.02.2018 has been issued in compliance of the order of this Court and the petitioner challenged the same by filing separate Writ Petition, in our considered view, nothing survives in this Contempt Case for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
