AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:

1. The present contempt case is filed challenging the non-implementation of the interim order dated 31.12.2012 in W.P.No.39329 of 2012.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. Pending the contempt case, the writ petition itself was dismissed as infructuous. Since the writ petition itself is dismissed as infructuous, the present contempt case cannot be enforced pursuant to the interim orders. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
