ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON P SRIKANTH V/S SRI S SURESH KUMAR I A S AND ORS.

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order, dated 30.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7364 of 2025.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court was complied with and amounts were paid to the account of the Petitioner on 13.03.2026.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
