ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NIDIGUNTA ADI LAKSHMI V/S SRI K VIJAYANAND IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have now complied with the order of the Court and requests to close the contempt case.

2. Therefore, recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
