ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON N.PRABHAVATHI, ANM AND ORS. V/S SRI POONAM MALAKONDAIAH AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 16:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Prakash Buddarapu, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submit that the order dated 21.04.2017 has been complied partially. However, the main writ petition is pending. The petitioners are inclined to pursue their remedies in the main writ petition.

2. By recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
