ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON N. VENKATA RATHNAM V/S DR N YUVARAJ IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, March 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. The above contempt case is filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 27.08.2024 in W.P.No.15417 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent would collectively submit that order dated 27.08.2024 in W.P.No.15417 of 2024, has been complied with.

3. Recording the same, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
