AMARAVATI, India, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5941 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5941 of 2020 and there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the Contempt Case.

3. To the said submission, Ms. M.Devi Sree, learned counsel, representing Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that she has no instructions from the petitioners.

Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months from today, if the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5941 of 2020 has not complied with. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
