AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:
1. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after institution of the present Contempt Case, the respondents have taken appropriate steps, and as such, prays this Court to close the present Contempt Case with a liberty to ventilate their rights in the main Writ Petition.
2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the main Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
