ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON M BHASKAR REDDY V/S SRI KANTIAL DANDE IAS AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. As per the instructions dated 28.03.2026 furnished by the 4th respondent to the learned Government Pleader, it appears that the bills due to the petitioner have been cleared.

2. Mr. Sivaprasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the amounts have been received. 3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed.

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
