AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 24.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30469 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 24.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30469 of 2024, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the respondents has also submitted the written instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, PR(PIU) Division, Nandyal, stating that payment has been made to the petitioner. Along with the written instructions, a receipt signed by the petitioner has been submitted, stating that the payment was received on 26.03.2026 vide Cheque No.286829 dated 26.03.2026.

Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
