AMARAVATI, India, June 17 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on May 14:

1. This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following prayer:

"...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly Respondent No.4 and 5 are summoning the petitioner to the police station, forcing them to clear the alleged debts incurred by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 21 and consequently direct the respondents not to summon the petitioner to the police station and illegally detained them at the police station at the behest of the respondent no.6 herein and pass such other order or orders..."

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. D.Souri Babu, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court and, therefore, the relief has become infructuous in this matter.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance.

4. Recording the above said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
