AMARAVATI, India, May 15 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 10:

1.The contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order of this Court dated 17.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2018 in W.P.No.33219 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to close the contempt case stating that no order is required in this contempt case in view of final disposal of the main writ petition on 03.01.2023.

3. Sri Gangisetty Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for A.M.C. is present.

4. Hence, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
