ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KOTHAPALLI RAMA RAO AND ANR. V/S SRI KARAMANENI BHASKAR AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 16.08.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.23146 of 2018.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that subsequently the Writ Petition was dismissed on 29.07.2021 and requested to close the Contempt Case.

3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
