ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KONDAVALASA NAGA RAJU AND ORS. V/A SMT KONDAVALASA PARVATHI AND ORS

AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:

1. On 22.07.2025, the following order was passed:

" On 26.03.2025, the following order was passed:

"Issue notice to the appellant as it was informed that the learned counsel for the appellant has died. List after four weeks in the weekly cause list."

2. Notice was issued to the appellants. The office report reads as under:

"A2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11 - Served. A5, A6 - Notice returned as addressee left want of instructions. A8 - Notice returned as expired."

3. No representation for the appellants. However, granting one more opportunity as last chance, list after three weeks in the weekly cause list."

2. The defendants are the appellants. The suit for partition filed by the plaintiffs/respondents was preliminarily decreed on 26.02.2010.

3. None appears for the appellants.

4. The Appeal Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
