ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KIRAN SERVICES V/S REGISTRAR, YOGI VEMANA UNIVERSITY

AMARAVATI, India, May 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 31:

1. The present Contempt Case is filed for violation of the interim order dated 04.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.606 of 2019.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that subsequently the Writ Petition was dismissed on 03.03.2021 and requested to close the Contempt Case.

3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed.

4. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
