ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KANAKAM NIKHIL SAI AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF AP AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. At the time of considering the matter, Mr. T Raghu, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioners, states that pending the Contempt Case, the respondents have paid the amounts due to the petitioners. Therefore, requested this Court to close the Contempt Case.

2. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
