AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

2. Ms.Yamini Sahu, learned counsel representing Sri S.V.S.S.Sivaram, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentVijayawada Municipal Corporation, does not dispute the same.

3. Recording the same, the C.M.S.A is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
