ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON K. MURALIDHAR REDDY V/S SRI PEEYUSH KUMAR AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:

1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18440 of 2025.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18440 of 2025 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
