AMARAVATI, India, Feb. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Jan. 21:
WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their Counsel Sri YANAGUNURU SHASHANK praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondent herein for wilfully disobeying/violating the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.NO. lOSSQ'of 2018, dated 08-07-2025.
WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri YANAGUNURU SHASHANK Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondent to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof the said case should not be admitted. You viz;
Sri G. SIMHA CHALAM, Registrar, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur District 522510. be and hereby are directed to show cause as to why this contempt case should not be admitted, either appearing in person or through Advocate duly instructed on 25.02.2626, to which date the case stands posted for hearing, failing wherein the said case will be heard and determined ex-parte.

Issue notice to respondent.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due/Courier and file proof of service in to Court.
List the matter on 25.02.2026.
