AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:
1. On 12.03.2026, 07.04.2026 and 15.04.2026, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption "for dismissal"
2. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", none represented the petitioner.
3. In that view of the matter, this Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
