AMARAVATI, India, May 28 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 27:
This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents/ contemnor for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court dated 06.01.2026 in W.P.No.35298 of 2025.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.D. Savithri, learned counsel, representing Mr.V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the orders have been complied with by the Respondents, during pendency of this Contempt Case. As such, requested to close the Contempt Case.
Recording the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Contempt Case is closed.
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
