AMARAVATI, India, March 18 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 12:
1. The contempt case has been filed for non-compliance with the Order dated 20.03.2017 passed in W.P.M.P.No.12120 of 2017 in W.P. No.9781 of 2017.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, fairly submits that the main writ petition was disposed on 24.10.2024. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondent.
3. Accordingly, recording the above submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
