AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. This Court disposed of the writ petition vide order dated 19.08.2025 directing the petitioners to file Form-VIA application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On filing such application, concerned respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. The contempt case is filed on the ground that the petitioners made Form-VIA application and the same was not disposed of, as directed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Pleader filed counter-affidavit and stated that the petitioners herein made Form-VIA application on 23.02.2026 and the petitioners have also filed the present contempt case premature. The respondents have disposed of the petitioners' Form-VIA application on 06.03.2026 and there is no violation of the orders of this Court.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners herein made an application on 23.02.2026 and the respondents have disposed the same on 06.03.2026. Therefore, there is no violation of the orders of this Court.

4. Hence, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
