ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GONUGUNTLA SREERAMULU V/S SHRI PRAVEEN PRAKASH AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, April 23 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. Ms.B.Swathi, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in view of the subsequent developments in the contempt case, the cause does not survive for adjudication.

2. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
