ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON EERLA MUNIRAJU AND ORS. V/S SRI KRISHNA TEJA AND ORS.

AMARAVATI, India, June 1 -- Andhra Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with a liberty to file a fresh Contempt Case.

2. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
